I respect and welcome all religions and all backgrounds as clients, and am always open to learning the importance of your own spirituality in your life. If you are a Christian and faith is important to you, I offer a Christian faith-based option to add that component to our sessions, if you choose. We can explore how your own personal faith can play a pivotal role in healing mental health, to the level of meaning that it is held in your life. I’m not here to minister to you and have no pastoral training- you have your pastor for that- but I am here to help you explore the spiritual self-care aspect of your life if it is important to you as a fellow sister in Christ!
