Anxiety & Overwhelm Therapy for Women

You may look like you have everything together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stretched too thin.

Maybe your mind never fully shuts off. You overthink conversations, constantly worry about the future, feel responsible for everyone else’s needs, or struggle to truly relax even when nothing is technically “wrong.” You may find yourself emotionally drained from carrying so much while still trying to appear capable and composed to the people around you.

Many of the women I work with are used to being the dependable one — the person others rely on — while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or chronic overwhelm.

Therapy can help you better understand your anxiety, quiet the mental overload, improve boundaries, and reconnect with yourself underneath the stress.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build healthier coping strategies, increase emotional awareness, and feel more grounded in everyday life.

You do not have to keep carrying everything alone.
