About Casey Ogden, LPC

When I’m not spending my time with my animals in the absolute zoo that is my home (ask me about my pup, hedgehogs, and leopard gecko that may all make appearances in our video sessions!), I’m jamming out to music, singing and dancing to Taylor Swift and Halsey like nobody’s watching, cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, and spending time with my family who mean the most to me. My nieces call me Auntie CC, and it’s been amazing to be a part of them growing up and becoming the little people they are. I do a lot of laughing and believe that humor is powerful for healing. I also hold value for curiosity, imagination, and integrity and will respect your own personal values in our time together.



What Will Sessions Be Like?

In therapy with me, we will create a treatment plan of goals for a better quality of living and develop tools to take with you in your ongoing life experiences. I use an eclectic variety of methods in my sessions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Therapeutic play. I have worked in a variety of settings (residential, outpatient community centers, foster care agencies, private practice). Through this experience, I have helped individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds.

I’m excited to take my therapeutic experience from everywhere I’ve been and help you find what makes your soul spark!
